THE MUSE
Helping women reconnect with their inner muse so that they can fall in love with life.
Why I started doing this beautiful thing I do…
I chose to embark on this journey of coaching for women because I believe every woman deserves someone in her corner who truly believes in her. Change is hard, and sometimes, it’s not easy to make that shift on your own. If you don’t have a mom, sister, or friend to lean on as your personal cheerleader, I want to step in and be that support. Sisterhood is a powerful bond, and only women truly understand the complexities of what it means to navigate life, its challenges, and the desires we hold within.
Whether it's learning how to embrace and feel more connected to your feminine energy or understanding the struggles that arise both externally and internally, I’ve been there. I get it. My mission is to be that sounding board, that safe space, and that unwavering support, to help women find clarity, confidence, and ultimately, the strength to become the best version of themselves. I’m here to guide you through the process of growth and transformation, and to help you reach the place you’re meant to be.
My Story
I became a life coach because, at one point in my life, I felt empty and lost. I didn’t know who I was, what I stood for, or what truly mattered to me. It felt like I was aimlessly drifting through life without a clear direction or vision, stuck in a toxic relationship that only reinforced my low self-esteem and anxious attachment. I lacked trust in myself and was constantly dependent on others to fill the void. Though I knew I was made for more, I couldn’t see the path to get there.
For a long time, I felt like I was living within my masculine energy—focused on survival, doing, achieving, and pushing forward. I didn’t have anyone to turn to when it came to living in my feminine energy, which I truly desired to embrace. I longed to feel more connected to my body, to step away from the hustle of survival mode, and to sit within my softness. I knew I had to make space for this more gentle, nurturing side of myself, but I had no idea how.
It wasn’t until I found myself in another relationship that mirrored the same struggles as my previous one that I realized something had to change. I made a promise to myself that I would never operate from a place of insecurity again. This decision set me on a journey of self-discovery, one where I began to understand who I truly am and what I needed to heal.
As I worked through my transformation, I felt empowered. I started doing things for myself—buying myself flowers, taking myself on dates, and exploring new interests that allowed me to get in touch with my body and out of my mind. These activities helped me connect with my feminine energy and brought me a sense of peace and confidence. I realized that when I gave myself the love and attention I was seeking from others, I no longer needed to rely on external validation.
This wasn’t an overnight change, but it made me realize how much faster and easier my journey could’ve been with the right support. And that’s when I knew I wanted to become that support for other women—those who are stuck, uncertain, or lost, just like I was.
I've always loved being a support system for others. I love being there to remind people that their aspirations are possible—no matter the challenges. I realized that this was my calling. I ran from it for a while due to imposter syndrome, but deep down, I knew this work was bigger than me. It’s a purpose that comes naturally, and I’m here to help others navigate their journey, just as I did.
Fast Forward
Sometimes, life calls you to take a leap of faith, and that's exactly what I did. In the midst of a global pandemic, with uncertainty swirling all around, I booked a one-way ticket to Los Angeles, driven by a deep-seated belief that this leap was crucial for my growth. I had minimal funds, no job lined up, no apartment, and no car—yet I felt a powerful pull toward California that I could no longer ignore.
Leaving home in the summer of 2021, I was stepping into the unknown with nothing but faith in God and an unshakeable commitment to myself. The initial months were challenging and riddled with uncertainty, but there was no plan B. It was a transformative time where I learned to embrace discomfort, pushing through the doubts that threatened to hold me back.
During this period, I took the opportunity to explore my passions and delve into four different career paths. This journey of self-discovery ultimately led me to the fulfilling role of a coach, where I could empower others to see their own potential. I now reside in sunny LA, where I’ve always dreamed of living and I earned my certifications through the Jay Shetty Certification School and the National Academy of Sports Medicine, equipping myself with the tools to help others navigate their own journeys.
Every uncomfortable moment and each challenge I faced became a stepping stone, shaping me into the woman I am today. Now, I continue to evolve, committed to growth and the belief that stepping outside of our comfort zones is where the magic truly happens. Fast forward to now, and I stand here, grateful for every decision I made that propelled me toward my purpose.
Where My Heart Is
My three sisters—Mia, Tameira, and Miley—are truly the brightest lights in my life. They are some of the funniest and sweetest siblings anyone could have, each with their own unique quirks that add so much joy to our family dynamic. They have so much passion, and a relentless pursuit of greatness that inspires me every day. Watching them strive for their dreams fills my heart with pride, and I can only hope to be a good role model as they navigate their paths. I can't wait to continue witnessing their journeys as they evolve into the incredible women they are destined to be.
a little more about me

God is always at the center of everything I do. Being close to Him, grounding myself in His word, and aligning with the calling He has for me is what brings me true peace and purpose. This faith has always been my anchor, keeping me grounded even in the most uncertain times. He has brought me out of some of my darkest moments, and I don’t think I could have made it this far without Him. Throughout my journey of self-discovery, I have always found myself calling for Him, and He continues to show up in miraculous ways for me. Even in the moments of doubt and disbelief in myself, wondering if I am truly capable of carrying this out, I still find the fight within me to keep going, knowing His power is within me to fulfill this purpose. I am not perfect, but I strive to move through life with patience, kindness, and understanding—mirroring the grace God shows me. It’s important to me to continually seek His guidance, spending time in His presence to stay on track and follow the path He has set before me. He is the one who placed this mission on my heart, and I am humbled to serve others as He leads me.

I have a ton of hobbies that keep my heart full and grounded. One of my absolute favorites is dancing, something I rediscovered after many years. I’m so glad I did—it’s an expression of myself I’ll never live without again. Dancing allows me to channel a different version of me, to connect with my body and femininity, and it’s also a fantastic workout. Another creative outlet I always come back to is modeling. As a little girl, I dreamed of pursuing it professionally, and I think I love it so much because it keeps me connected to my playful, inner child.
I also enjoy spending time in nature, where I can let my thoughts wander freely. Making bouquets is another activity I cherish, as they help me stay present and in the moment. I’m always eager to learn new things and explore different passions. And of course, nothing beats the joy of being at home or spending time with friends and family who make me laugh and fill my life with love and happiness.

I can safely say that eating is definitely one of my favorite hobbies! One of the things I enjoy most is trying new food and exploring new restaurants. If I had to pick a favorite, I’d say I’m a huge fan of Asian-inspired cuisine. Sushi, rice, all the vibrant vegetables they use, noodles—I can’t get enough! I’m also diving deeper into more traditional Asian dishes as I continue to expand my culinary horizons.
And let’s not forget about dessert—if you know me, you know I love sweets! I have a serious sweet tooth, so I’m always on the lookout for healthier alternatives. But when I indulge, you’ll find me enjoying cookies, brownies, cheesecake, peanut M&Ms, Ferrero Rocher, or a big bowl of ice cream. You can definitely count on me needing “sum sweet” after dinner!
